Responsibilities & Context: 

  • নির্ধারিত এলাকায় গিয়ে সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা।
  • কোম্পানির Health Insurance পণ্য/সেবা সম্পর্কে গ্রাহকদের তথ্য প্রদান করা।
  • নতুন গ্রাহক সংগ্রহ ও Sales Lead তৈরি করা।
  • গ্রাহকের প্রয়োজন বুঝে উপযুক্ত Insurance Plan সম্পর্কে পরামর্শ দেওয়া।
  • নিয়মিত Field Visit করে Sales Target অর্জনের চেষ্টা করা।
  • গ্রাহকের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ও ডকুমেন্ট সংগ্রহ এবং সঠিকভাবে জমা দেওয়া।
  • বিদ্যমান ও নতুন গ্রাহকদের সাথে ভালো সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
  • দৈনিক/সাপ্তাহিক Sales Report সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষকে প্রদান করা।
