The Territory Sales Manager drives sales growth within a designated geographical region. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Territory Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and other channel partners.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Gather market information to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and track sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Represent the company professionally and effectively at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer service.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Preferably in the consumer electronics or mobile accessories industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
