Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Support & Client Relations

  • Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Identify and approach potential corporate, travel agency, and group clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for confirmation and payments.
  • Support in organizing site inspections, hotel visits, and client meetings.


Marketing & Promotion

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (both online and offline).
  • Collect and report customer feedback and market trends to help improve marketing strategies.


Coordination & Administration

  • Maintain updated databases for clients, leads, and marketing contacts.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure smooth guest experience.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly sales and marketing activity reports.
  • Assist in event planning, promotional activities, and public relations tasks.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Gather information about competitors’ pricing, promotions, and market activities.
  • Monitor online reviews and ratings, reporting trends to the management team.

Other Responsibilities

  • Represent the hotel in trade fairs, exhibitions, and local networking events when assigned.
  • Support in maintaining brand image and ensuring all communications align with hotel standards.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)Experience
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Tour OperatorAdditional Requirements
  • Age 23 to 27 years
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Customer-focused and professional attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM software).
