Responsibilities & Context: 

  • গ্রাহককে আন্তরিকভাবে সেবা প্রদান এবং প্রয়োজনীয় পণ্য নির্বাচন করতে সহায়তা করা।
  • পণ্যের ডিসপ্লে, শেলফ সাজানো ও নিয়মিত স্টক পূরণ করে বিক্রয় উপযোগী পরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করা।
  • পণ্যের মেয়াদ, গুণগত মান ও পরিচ্ছন্নতা নিয়মিত পরীক্ষা করে ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য অপসারণ করা।
  • গ্রাহকের অর্ডার প্রস্তুত করা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি কার্যক্রমে সহায়তা করা।
  • বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি ও গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা, পাশাপাশি স্টক সংকট বা গ্রাহকের মতামত কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানানো।
