Responsibilities & Context:
“Dhaka Food Service” বাংলাদেশের একটি জনপ্রিয় খাদ্য ব্র্যান্ড, যা তাজা, ঘরে তৈরি ও ঐতিহ্যবাহী খাদ্যপণ্য গ্রাহকদের দোরগোড়ায় পৌঁছে দিতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। আমাদের ক্রমবর্ধমান ব্যবসায়িক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য উদ্যমী, যোগাযোগ দক্ষ এবং ফলাফলমুখী টেলিসেলস এক্সিকিউটিভ নিয়োগ করা হবে।
- ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে নতুন ও বিদ্যমান গ্রাহকদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা।
- কোম্পানির পণ্য ও অফার সম্পর্কে গ্রাহকদের অবহিত করা।
- বিক্রয় লক্ষ্য অর্জনের জন্য কার্যকর সেলস কল পরিচালনা করা।
- গ্রাহকের অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও ফলো-আপ করা।
- গ্রাহকের অভিযোগ ও জিজ্ঞাসার যথাযথ সমাধান প্রদান করা।
- গ্রাহকের তথ্য ও বিক্রয় রিপোর্ট নিয়মিত হালনাগাদ রাখা।
- বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধির জন্য নতুন সুযোগ চিহ্নিত করা।
