Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Receive incoming customer calls and provide accurate information professionally.
  • Communicate with customers through phone calls and social media platforms.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers regularly.
  • Manage and maintain company Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages.
  • Prepare engaging posts, captions and promotional content.
  • Publish and schedule posts, reels and other social media content.
  • Respond promptly to customer comments, messages and inquiries.
  • Create basic graphics using Canva or similar tools.
  • Perform basic video and Reels editing.
  • Monitor social media engagement and page performance.
