Responsibilities and Context:

• Manage and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on company social media pages.
• Identify and hunt potential clients through social media, phone calls, and online platforms.
• Communicate with prospects and invite interested clients to visit the office for further discussion.
• Explain company services/products clearly and handle client queries professionally.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into confirmed clients.
• Close sales deals and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets set by management.
• Maintain records of leads, calls, and client interactions.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Female
• Female, Minimum height 5.3 ft. and Good looking, smart, and presentable.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook page management and social media communication.1–2 years of
• experience in a call center or customer service role (Banking sector, Telecommunication (Banglalink/Robi/GP experience preferred)
• Knowledge of CRM Software.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good computer skills in MS Office

Compensation & Other Benefits:
